Responsibilities may include one or more of the following: company research and analysis, industry surveys, financial modeling, and supporting a deal team.

The ideal Candidate should be a college senior seeking an undergraduate degree in either finance or accounting. Candidates must be able to demonstrate excellent analytical, spreadsheet and written skills. Only Candidates in the top 10% of their class will be considered. Associate - Part Time:

Janes Capital Partners offers a unique opportunity for graduate MBA students to gain an understanding of complex investment banking transactions in a fast paced and rigorous environment. Responsibilities may include one or more of the following: company research and analysis, industry surveys, financial modeling, and participating on a deal team (constructing financial models, drafting investment memorandums, performing due diligence etc)

The ideal Candidate should be a graduate student seeking a Masters Degree in Business Administration (“MBA”) with an emphasis in either finance or accounting. Relevant past work experience will be viewed favorably. Candidates must be able to demonstrate excellent analytical, spreadsheet, written and verbal skills. As this position may involve significant responsibility, the Candidate must be a self-starter, highly motivated and be willing to work long hours if necessary in order to meet deadlines.
