Stephen R. Perry is a Managing Director and co-founder of Janes Capital Partners, a middle market investment banking firm.

Mr. Perry specializes in mergers and acquisitions, leveraged recapitalizations, ESOPs as well as bankruptcy, insolvency and corporate reorganizations. Over a career spanning 20 years, Mr. Perry has participated in numerous commercial banking, investment banking and merchant banking transactions valued at over $1 billion. Prior to forming Janes Capital Partners, Mr. Perry served in a variety of financial roles at Irving Trust Company, Credit Suisse-First Boston and Kayne Anderson.

Mr. Perry holds an MBA Degree in Finance from the Anderson Graduate Business School at UCLA and a BA Degree in Finance and Accounting from Georgetown University.
